Each year approximately 40 children from the Ethiopian community get a positive head start to school as a result of Maksam’s 10 day preparation program, which helps familiarize them with the school routine and environment, and reinforces basic learning skills.

Parents are invited to participate in a workshop that introduces them to the Israeli school system and encourages them to positively support their children’s education.
