Yael Sela
A native-born Israeli, Yael has specialized for many years in management and communications for a wide range of organizations, both in Israel and overseas. Yael is a fully-qualified instructor in Creative Thinking, and has worked as a consultant with organizations to define and implement strategic plans for organizational growth. Yael has provided consulting services to a wide range of organizations ranging from large city municipalities to small non-profits.

Pedagogical Director
Dahlia Klipper
Dahlia was born in Israel, and received her BA in 1993 in Israel. She completed an MA in Education at the University of Alabama in 1997. Dahlia acted as Principal of the Ahad HaAm elementary school in Hadera from 1986-1998. Since joining the MAKSAM program in 1999 as Pedagogical Director, Dahlia has been responsible for the design and implementation of the academic curriculum.
